This first concert includes two classical symphonies and two works for viola and strings to be played by Sarah-Jane Bradley, one of them a new concertino by the Festival's Artistic Director David Matthews, who has also made a special arrangement for strings of the slow movement of Elgar's String Quartet.

Pre-concert talk by George Vass and David Matthews at 7.15pm
